Art Bond is the primary inventor of the Bond Building System patented technology and Chief Executive Officer in the establishment of the Bond Building Systems, Inc. and Bond Classroom Solutions, LLC businesses. As a developer and builder, he has completed housing projects using his new technology both domestically and internationally.

These Bond companies have combined their considerable design and construction resources to provide their innovative solutions to the dramatic requirement for additional school classrooms throughout Florida and beyond. Bond Classroom Solutions, LLC and its joint venture licensees cost effectively and rapidly deliver attractive hurricane, earthquake, termite, fire, and mold resistant classroom buildings with flexible classroom designs and building configurations.

In addition, Mr. Bond owns and remains active in the executive management of several substantial companies he has founded during the last 25 years of his career: U.S. Brick & Block Systems, Inc., the largest installer in the state of Florida of brick pavers for driveways, patios, pool decks, streets, etc.; Mile High Productions, Inc., also known as “SKYTYPERS”, which provides aerial advertising via Art’s patented computerized smoke production system using 5 airplanes flying in formation, with such notable clients as ESPN, Ford Motor Company, U.S. Navy, etc.; and, with his sons and daughter, BrickAmerica, Inc., an importer and wholesale distributor of clay bricks and related building products; Olympic Stone & Marble Supply, Inc., an importer and wholesale distributor of polished and tumbled stone and marble products; and various real estate holding companies.

Prior to establishing his own businesses described above, Mr. Bond was employed for approximately 15 years by several companies, including General Electric and Sears Roebuck, in various capacities such as general management and finance.

Mr. Bond is happily married with three adult children active in his businesses. He and his family have lived in South Florida since 1968 where they have assumed active community leadership roles. Mr. Bond has previously served and is currently serving on a variety of charitable and civic boards and committees locally and statewide.

Mr. Regier is currently a shareholder, director, and officer of, and general counsel for, Bond Building Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Bond”). Bond is now providing a proprietary building system for hurricane, earthquake, termite, and fire resistant houses and buildings. He is also a shareholder, director, and officer of, and general counsel for, Bond affiliated companies engaged in residential real estate development and classroom construction using Bond Building Systems’ technology.

Following his graduation from Wichita State University in 1966 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and minors in Economics and Accounting, Mr. Regier enjoyed three and a half years as a Navy Officer. After training as a Navy diver, he specialized in management operations for the storage and shipment of explosive ordnance and special weapons and served as “Top Secret Control Officer” at his assigned bases. The management experience that he gained directing as many as 250 civilian and 150 military personnel led to his next career opportunity.

In 1969, Mr. Regier, as a management consultant, joined a large international consulting firm engaged in organization development and training. He presented five-day live-in seminars to senior managers and officers of Fortune 1000 Companies throughout the U.S. and Canada on problem solving and decision-making techniques.

Mr. Regier returned to school and earned his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor Degrees at the University of Kansas in 1974. He then enjoyed three years learning the “silk stocking” practice of law at a large old prestigious law firm in Jacksonville, Florida before following his primary interest in business and moving to the corporate world.

Mr. Regier has devoted the last 25 years of his professional career as an executive officer and general counsel in medium to large companies in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction, and, computer software and manufacturing related to design and construction. In addition to managing all litigation matters and providing legal and management advice on all facets of company operations, he has presided over numerous corporate acquisitions, divestitures, complex real estate transactions, and corporate financings.

Mr. Regier is 61 years old, happily married with two adult children (one still in college), and his hobbies are sailing, scuba diving, and traveling with his family. His professional and civic associations have included: The Florida Bar, The American Bar Association, The Jacksonville Bar Association, President and Founding Director of the Corporate Counsel Association of Duval County, Foundation Board of Trustees at the University of North Florida, Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Jacksonville, Leadership Jacksonville, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Task Forces and Committee of 100, and Founding Director and Chairman of Children’s Harbor, Inc.

Bill Hanson initially gained experience in the building industry by working his way through college in various phases of the construction industry until he graduated in 1968 from the University of California at Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.  He immediately went to work for Halliburton Services and worked his way up the ranks with promotions to field engineer, district engineer, assistant district superintendent, and district superintendent in the Los Angeles area, the youngest district superintendent to ever reach that position.  The scope of operations included geothermal wells which powered electrical generating turbines both in California and Mexico.  Mr. Hanson was subsequently promoted in 1978 and transferred to Wyoming as District Manager where his responsibilities included oversight of new construction, service locations, profitability, sales, maintenance and safety in the servicing of oil wells, refineries and chemical plants.

In 1983, Mr. Hanson made a promotional career move to WellTech, Inc., a subsidiary of Bechtel Corporation, and relocated to Houston Texas.  He was responsible for oil well servicing and drilling operations throughout East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and North Florida with multiple division and district offices with over 1,000 employees.  While in Texas and Wyoming, his passion for building resurfaced from his college days and as a result, he began designing and building custom homes as a profitable avocation.  As a result, he retired from the oil industry and moved to South Florida in 1984, where he became a custom and luxury home builder.  He is currently a state certified building contractor and a state certified general contractor and is owner and president of Palm Coast Builders and Construction Inc., a luxury home builder with offices in Jupiter Florida.  He routinely manages over 20 projects simultaneously with annual business volume in excess of $25,000,000.

In summary, Bill Hanson has extensive experience in the development and administration of widely dispersed offices and service locations in the oil industry as well as in the construction of luxury homes in the costal areas of South Florida, potentially one of the harshest environments in which to build.  Most of his homes are located in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties which were ravaged by two hurricanes in 2004 and none of his homes suffered any significant hurricane damage.
